If there is a quality problem with the product, please contact us immediately after receiving the package via the website's internal message or email or WHATSAPP, and provide an image of the product defect and apply for return. Returned goods should contain supplier packaging and labels, and be in the same condition as when received. Package delivery:
If your package is detained by customs due to our fault, we will resend a new package free of charge.
If you are not at the package mailing address, make sure someone is there to receive the package. We are not responsible if you do not receive your package because you were not present to collect it.
If you receive an empty box from the post office or DHL, please do not sign the package. You must reject the package to the courier and report the difference between the box weight and the package weight record to DHL or the post office.

QC:
We will provide quality control images before shipping, buyers need to reply within 24 hours after we send the quality control images. If we don't receive a reply within 24 hours, it will be deemed that you have approved the QC pictures and procedures, and the order will be sent out automatically.
Please be sure to carefully read the quality control images we send you. After receiving the goods, you cannot apply for return due to problems that can be seen in the images.
